Where We Ship From

All Koral Beauté products are sourced from authorized Korean suppliers and shipped directly from South Korea. This allows us to offer authentic products at competitive prices, though delivery may take slightly longer than orders shipped from local warehouses.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Canada: 7–14 business days after dispatch

  • United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch

  • International: 10–21 business days after dispatch

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping on orders over $99 CAD

  • Orders under $99 CAD: shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Duties, Taxes & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information typically becomes available within 24–48 hours after dispatch.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or if you believe your package has been lost, please contact us at koralbeaute@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s), packaging, and shipping label. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify or reroute it. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be eligible for a refund of the product cost, less any shipping or return fees incurred.
