We want you to love your Koral Beauté experience. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

• Unopened

• Unused

• In their original packaging

• Sealed and in resalable condition

To request a return, email koralbeaute@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Opened, used, or partially used products

• Products with broken seals

• Products with damaged or missing original packaging

• Sale or final-sale items

• Digital products, including PDF guides, once delivered

• Gift cards

Return Shipping

As our products are shipped internationally, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. Refunds cannot be issued for returns that are lost in transit or never received.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at koralbeaute@gmail.com and include photos of:

• The product

• The packaging

• The shipping label

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Customers

If you reside in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order under applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.
